Monday 25th April
Community Cafe:
Today we had a lovely lady called Eve come into the cafe today to offer a short class in chair yoga. This was successful! Many people are unable to complete yoga on the floor, so why not do some basic exercises and stretches on a chair, within the comfort of the cafe. If you wish to take part in this on a permanent basis, you are able to attend on Tuesday mornings 11:15am - 12:15pm and you can book online through the EFDC website.
Monday 23rd May
We are delighted to announce we have finalised to have a rainbow path painted outside the park on the estate. Today the pathway has been painted with beautiful various colours. Giving a vibrant feel of the estate and showing the pathway to the park.
